ein neues T-Shirt/ a new Shirt

Ich habe es endlich mal geschafft und wieder ein T-Shirt für mich genäht. Dafür habe ich mir das Turtleneck Stella von Pattydoo ausgesucht. Das wollte ich zu unserer Weihnachtsfeier an ziehen, daher musste es schnell fertig werden.
Was ich  bei Pattydoo so mag sind die tollen Videos. Super erklärt und Frau kann es sich tausendmal ansehen. Wobei das bei diesem Shirt nicht nötig ist. Es ist super easy zu nähen. Als Stoff habe ich einen Romantikjersey von Stoffwelten.de ausgesucht. Sehr schönes Material, nur meine Nähmaschine mochte den Stoff nicht wirklich.
Den Kragen wollte ich erst sauber mit einem Gradstich festnähen, das sah einfach nicht gut aus, also habe ich den Kragen nur an den Nähten des Shirtes befestigt, was ich gar nicht mag, aber das Shirt hätte dann viel vom Aussehen verloren. Es wird nicht das letzte Shirt sein, ich werde es aber beim nächsten Mal etwas enger nähen.

 I finally made it and sewed another T-shirt for me. For this I have chosen the Turtleneck Stella from Pattydoo. I wanted to put this on for our Christmas party, so it had to be finished quickly.
What I like about Pattydoo are the great videos. Super explained and woman can watch it a thousand times. Whereby that is not necessary with this shirt. It is super easy to sew. As fabric I have chosen a romantic jersey from Stoffwelten.de. Very nice material, only my sewing machine didn't really like the fabric.
First I wanted to sew the collar clean with a straight stitch, it just didn't look good, so I only attached the collar to the seams of the shirt, which I don't like at all, but the shirt would have lost much of its appearance. It won't be the last shirt, but I'll sew it a little tighter next time.
And because it's Thursday, the shirt goes to the sewing frog you will sew for yourself on Thursday and Sewlala

Samstagsplausch 51/18 / Saturday Chat

Guten Morgen, es ist noch sehr früh und im Haus ist es noch sehr still. Der Samstag vor den vierten Advent ist angebrochen. Mein Mann ist gerade los und holt seinen Sohn vom Bus ab, der aus Frankfurt Main ankommt.
Letzte Woche habe ich es nicht geschafft zu plauschen, aber heute möchte ich es wieder.
Meine Woche war sehr schön, ich konnte zwei Tage zu Hause arbeiten und das war insofern gut, es scheint im Augenblick überall die Seuche auszubrechen. Fast jeder lief mit einer schniefenden Nase herum.
Es haben mich zwei wunderschöne Karten erreicht. Ich war sehr beeindruckt, da ich nicht so der Bastler bin. Diese Karten sind mit sehr sehr viel Liebe gemacht worden. Vielen Dank liebe Catrin und Annette.
Ansonsten haben wir nicht viel gemacht in dieser Woche. Am Mittwoch habe ich schon einige Dinge für die freien Tage besorgt, damit ich mir den stressigen Einkauf kurz vorher erspare.
Gestern war ich beim Stricktreff bei meiner Freundin und habe mir einen Strang ihrer selbstgesponnenen und gefärbten Wolle gegönnt. Abends waren wir noch im Weihnachtszirkus.
So nun werde ich mal sehen ob schon jemand wach ist und mir mir plauscht bei Andrea.

Good morning, it's still very early and the house is still very quiet. The Saturday before the fourth Advent has begun. My husband just left and picks up his son from the bus that arrives from Frankfurt Main.
Last week I didn't manage to chat, but today I want it again.
My week was very nice, I could work at home for two days and that was good, the epidemic seems to break out everywhere at the moment. Almost everyone walked around with a sniffing nose.
Two beautiful cards reached me. I was very impressed, because I am not the hobbyist. These cards were made with a lot of love. Many thanks dear Catrin and Annette.
Otherwise, we didn't do much this week. On Wednesday I already bought some things for the free days, so that I save myself the stressful purchase shortly before.
Yesterday I went to the knitting meeting at my girlfriend's and got a strand of her self spun and dyed wool. In the evening we were still in the Christmas circus.
So now I'll see if someone is already awake and I chat with Andrea.

Es weihnachtet /It's christmas

Heute zeige ich Euch mal meine kleinen Weihnachtsgeschenke. Von den Sternchen und Tannenbäumen habe ich insgesamt 20 Teile genäht. Das Nähen und das Verschenken hat mir sehr viel Spaß gemacht.
Die Pulswärmer habe ich nicht so viel genäht, einfach aus Zeitgründen. Vielleicht mache ich noch einige. Da alles aus Stoffresten entstanden ist, geht es heute zu Marions Restefest.

Today I'll show you my little Christmas presents. I sewed a total of 20 pieces of the stars and fir trees. The sewing and the giving away was a lot of fun for me.

I didn't sew the wrist warmers that much, just because I didn't have enough time. Maybe I'll make some more. Since everything was made from leftovers, I'm going to Marion's leftovers party today.

Samstagsplausch 49/18 / Saturday Chat

Heute treffen wir uns wieder bei Andrea an den Tisch und wollen ein wenig über die letzte Woche plauschen. 
Samstag konnte ich ein wenig nähen und noch mal Plätzchen backen mit meinem Mann. Am Sonntag waren wir Abends beim Adventssingen. Vorher konnten wir noch etwas über den Spandauer Weihnachtsmarkt laufen, trotz Regen.
Montag und Dienstag waren normale Arbeitstage, Dienstag Abend waren wir noch beim Sport. Zwischendurch musste ich ab und an in meiner Pause auf Arbeit die Wäsche im Waschsalon waschen. Wir hatten einen interne Weihnachtsfeier auf Arbeit am Mittwoch, welche sehr nett war. Am Freitag bekamen wir einen Anruf, das unsere Waschmaschine geliefert werden kann. In knapp einer Woche haben wir endlich wieder eine Waschmaschine,  jippi. Abends waren wir noch beim Sport, wo wir uns richtig gut Zeit gelassen haben und in Ruhe ohne viel Menschen um uns herum, trainieren konnten.
Eigentlich wollten wir am Wochenende einige Weihnachtsmärkte besuchen, aber wenn es weiter so regnet, wie die Vorhersage es meldet,  werden wir das wohl sein lassen. 
So nun wünsche ich Euch einen schönen zweiten Advent.

Today we meet again at Andrea's table and want to have a chat about the last week. Saturday I could sew a little and bake some more cookies with my husband. On Sunday we were singing Advent in the evening. Before we could walk a bit over the Spandauer Christmas market, despite the rain.
Monday and Tuesday were normal working days, Tuesday evening we were still at the sport. In between I had to wash the laundry in the launderette every now and then during my break at work. We had an internal Christmas party at work on Wednesday, which was very nice. On Friday we got a call that our washing machine can be delivered. In less than a week we finally have a washing machine again, jippi. In the evening we were still at the sport, where we had a good time and could train in peace without a lot of people.
Actually we wanted to visit some Christmas markets on the weekend, but if it continues to rain like this, we will probably leave it at that. 
So now I wish you a nice second Advent.

Samstagsplausch 48/18 / Saturday Chat

Wir haben den ersten Advent und wieder ist es Zeit sich bei Andrea an den Tisch zu setzen.
Meine Woche war ein auf und ab.
Samstag ging nach der ersten Waschmaschine nichts mehr. Sie war der Meinung nach 8 Jahren ist nun Schluss. Wir hatten vor, unser Auto zur einer Innenreinigung in die Innenstadt zu bringen, und die Zeit bis es fertig ist vielleicht zu einem Kinobesuch oder schön durch die Läden zu bummeln. Das war nun vorbei, wobei schön bummeln wäre bei diesen Massen an Menschen nicht wirklich schön gewesen. So waren wir dann in Sachen Waschmaschine unterwegs. So haben wir die Zeit bis unser Auto fertig war gut herum bekommen. Wir haben auch erfolgreich eine neue Waschmaschine gekauft. Und wenn wir Glück haben, wird sie im Januar geliefert. Wir sind ziemlich erschrocken gewesen, aber wir können es nicht ändern.
Sonntag wollten wir zum Sport waren aber nicht motiviert genug uns aufzuraffen und dort hin zu fahren. Dafür haben wir noch ein paar Plätzchen gebacken.
Am Mittwoch habe ich im Waschcenter zwei Waschmaschinen betätigt und gestern waren wir mit einer lieben Freundin bei unseren Lieblingsweinlokal. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend.
Heute wollen wir zum Sport, Einkaufen und dann möchte ich endlich die Wohnung weihnachtlich herrichten und noch etwas nähen. Morgen sind wir beim Adventssingen.

We have the first Advent and again it is time to sit down at Andrea's table.
My week was an up and down.
Saturday after the first washing machine nothing worked anymore. It was the opinion after 8 years is now end. We planned to bring our car to the city centre for an interior cleaning, and the time until it is ready maybe to go to the cinema or to stroll through the shops. That was now over, whereby strolling beautifully would not have been really beautiful with these masses at humans. So we were then in the matter of washing machine on the way. So we got the time until our car was finished well around. We also successfully bought a new washing machine. And if we are lucky, it will be delivered in January. We were pretty scared, but we can't change it.
Sunday we wanted to go to the sport but were not motivated enough to get up and go there. Therefore we baked a few more cookies.
On Wednesday I operated two washing machines in the washing centre and yesterday we were with a dear friend at our favourite wine bar. It was a very nice evening.
Today we want to go sports, shopping and then I finally want to decorate the apartment for Christmas and sew something else. Tomorrow we are singing Advent.

Samstagsplausch 47/18 / Saturday Chat

Heute könnt ihr meine Orchidee bewundern, die gerade beginnt zu blühen

Irgendwie habe ich immer das Gefühl, ich habe zu wenig Zeit. Wir haben Samstag und es ist Zeit sich zu Andrea an den Tisch zu setzen und zu plauschen.
Meine Woche war gut gewesen.
Samstag waren wir zu einer Weinprobe, das war sehr nett gewesen. Sonntag haben wir Wohnungspflege gemacht, ich habe etwas genäht und dann waren wir noch beim Sport.
Montag war ein normaler Arbeitstag, Dienstag und Mittwoch war ich in Hamburg zur Dienstreise.
Leider habe ich nicht viel von Hamburg gesehen, da wir am Dienstag bis 17:00 getagt haben und danach ging es zum Essen und dann ins Hotel. Am nächsten Tag wurde  noch getagt und dann wieder in den Zug nachhause.
Donnerstag war ein normaler Tag, ich habe versucht den Kundendienst für unsere Geschirrspülmaschine zu erreichen, da jedes mal Wasser vor den Geschirrspüler ist wenn diese in Betrieb ist. Toll, gerade mal ein Jahr alt. Am 30. kommt der Fachmann vorbei.
Am Freitag waren wir bis halb vier auf Arbeit und dann ab nach Hause. Abends waren wir noch beim Sport. Das heißt für heute, wir müssen noch einkaufen.
Morgen möchte ich nähen und vielleicht etwas backen. Mal sehen.

Somehow I always have the feeling that I have too little time. It's Saturday and it's time to sit down and talk to Andrea.
My week had been good.
Saturday we went to a wine tasting, that had been very nice. Sunday we did housekeeping, I sewed something and then we were still at the sport.
Monday was a normal working day, Tuesday and Wednesday I was in Hamburg for business trip.
Unfortunately, I have not seen much of Hamburg, because we met on Tuesday until 17:00 and then it went to the food and then to the hotel. The next day was still met and then back on the train home.
Thursday was a normal day, I tried to reach the customer service for our dishwasher, because every time water is in front of the dishwasher when it is in operation. Great, just a year old. On the 30th the expert comes by.
On Friday we were at work until half past three and then home. In the evening we were still at the sport. That means for today, we still have to shop.

Samstagsplausch 46/18 / Saturday Chat

Ich hatte eine schöne Woche. Am Samstag haben wir uns erholt, mein Mann war noch beim Fussball. Ich habe zwei ganz winzige Beanies und ein ganz kleines Halstuch genäht. Das haben wir am Sonntag beim Plätzchen backen an die Kleine Maus, die gefühlt dabei war, verschenkt. Wir haben sehr viele Kekse gebacken, 6 verschiedene Sorten jeweils für drei Familie. Das war ganz schön anstrengend,  hat aber sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Auf dem Foto könnt ihr ein paar Kekskisten sehen. Die müssen dann noch alle eingetütet werden.
Abends haben wir dann nichts mehr gemacht.
Am Montagabend musste ich mich leider keiner angenehmen Sache widmen, ich habe mir endlich mal Labels bestellen wollen. Dies habe ich über Etsy bei einer Firma am 27.10.2018 bestellt. Trotz mehrmaliger Anfragen, zu letzt auch bei Etsy habe ich keine Mitteilung erhalten. Nun läuft bis zum 02. Dezember eine Erklärungsfrist durch Paypal und vielleicht bekomme ich dann mein Geld wieder. Inzwischen hat sich Etsy gemeldet und ich bin gespannt ob sich etwas tut.
Dienstag und Mittwoch konnte ich zu Hause arbeiten. Mittwoch war ich beim Sport.
Donnerstag widmete ich mich ein wenig meiner anstehenden Nähprojekte, irgendwie kommt Weihnachten näher. 
Heute werden wir zum Markt gehen und dann mal sehen was uns so einfällt. Auch Sonntag ist Entspannung angesagt, ok, ein wenig Wohnungspflege steht auch auf dem Programm.
So nun gehe ich zu Andrea und werde mal sehen wer mit mir Plauschen will. Habt ein schönes Wochenende. Sylvia

I had a nice week. On Saturday we recovered, my husband was still playing football. I sewed two very tiny beanies and a very small scarf. This we have on Sunday baking cookies to the Little Mouse, which was felt as a gift. We baked a lot of biscuits, 6 different sorts each for three families. That was really exhausting, but it was a lot of fun. In the photo you can see a few boxes of biscuits. They all have to be bagged then.
In the evening we did not do anything anymore.
Unfortunately, on Monday evening I did not have to spend a nice time, I finally wanted to order labels. I ordered this via Etsy at a company on 27.10.2018. Despite repeated requests, last too on Etsy, I have received no message. Now until December 2, an explanation period through Paypal and maybe I'll get my money back. Meanwhile, Etsy has reported and I'm curious if something is doing.
Tuesday and Wednesday I was able to work at home. Wednesday I was at the sport.
Thursday I devoted myself a bit of my upcoming sewing projects, somehow Christmas is approaching.
Today we will go to the market and then see what we can think of. Also on Sunday relaxation is announced, ok, a little housing care is also on the program.

So now I go to Andrea and I'll see who wants to chat with me. Have a nice weekend. Sylvia
