Da wir in diesem Jahr wohl nicht in Urlaub fahren werden, wird es mehr Touren per Fahrrad ins Umland geben. Da ich meine vor Jahren gekaufte Softshellweste nun endlich geschafft habe, musste eine neue her. Den Stoff habe ich bei Alles für Selbermacher, gekauft. Leider habe ich zu wenig Stoff bestellt. Zum Glück hatte ich noch etwas Stoff vom letzten Jahr von der Weste von meinen Mann in dunkelblau da. Diesen habe ich für die Seitenteile und den Kragen genutzt. Der Schnitt ist Judy von Pattydoo. Pünktlich zu unserer ersten längeren Tour heute mit dem Rad ist sie nun fertig geworden. Aber ich habe Nerven gelassen. Manchmal war ich doch mehr abgelenkt als das ich beim Nähen war. Da war der Trenner mein bester Freund. Mit dem Falzgummi hatte ich auch noch so meine Freude. Aber die Mühe hat sich gelohnt. So nun wünsche ich Euch einen schönen Abend und einen guten Start in die neue Woche.

Seit August habe ich mir die Tasche Annie von Pattydoo zugeschnitten. Den Stoff, ein Canvas habe ich mir bei Pepelinchen gekauft. Dann kamen aber einige T-Shirts von uns beiden dazwischen, der Hoodi für meinen Mann, hier steht das Foto noch aus, so lag die angefangene Tasche dann ewig rum. Letzte Woche hatte ich die Zeit, Muße und Geduld und habe mich voller Elan ran gemacht. Das klappte auch alles sehr gut, bis ich dachte, ich bin fertig mit dem Reißverschluss und habe das Ende gekürzt. Das hätte ich nicht machen sollen. So lag die Tasche wieder auf Eis. In der Woche, nach Arbeit einen neuen Reißverschluss gekauft und am Freitagabend die Tasche fertig gestellt. Gestern hat mein Mann dann die Bilder gemacht. Und hier könnt Ihr sie nun sehen. Mir sind immer wichtig kleinen Innentaschen im Futter, diese habe ich mit einem Kam Snap versehen und ein Schlüsselband. So findet sich im Chaos meiner Tasche der Schlüssel einfach leichter. Das ist nun die zweite Tasche Annie, diesmal aus dem Canvas, gefällt mir besser als der Oilskin.

Bei der Anleitung habe ich manchmal etwas schwer getan, und es war ziemlich aufwendig, in andere Erklärvideos umzuzwitschen. Da war ich manchmal etwas blockiert. Ansonsten wird es wie immer gut von Ina erklärt.

So in the chaos of my bag the key is easier to find. This is now the second bag Annie, this time from the canvas, I like it better than the oilskin.

I sometimes had a hard time with the instructions, and it was quite complicated to switch to other explanatory videos. Sometimes I was a bit blocked. Apart from that it is explained well by Ina, as always.

Eine neue Tasche von Pattydoo / A new bag from Pattydoo

Neulich habe ich Euch ja auf Insta gesagt, ich nähe mir eine neue Tasche. Mir fehlt  immer eine Tasche wenn wir einfach mal weggehen. Oft habe ich meinen Koffer dabei, grins, damit ich unsere beiden Geldbörsen, Brillen und zwei Handys rein bekomme. Schon vor einiger Zeit habe ich mir das Schnittmuster für die Schultertasche Adoro von Pattydoo gekauft. Nach dem ich neulich bei Patch-It war und mir das nötige Zubehör gekauft habe konnte ich starten. Eigentlich wollte ich ein feines Kunstleder auf Velourart haben, dies hatte Christiane leider nicht da. Aber sie hatte einen dunkelblauen Taschenwollstoff da, welcher mir auch gefallen hat. Entstanden ist die Handtasche Adoro in rechteckiger Form.
Das Innenleben ist ein Ankerstoff den ich auf irgendeiner Messe mitgenommen habe. Was mir immer sehr wichtig ist, die Tasche muss ein Schlüsselband haben. Am Anfang dachte ich noch, was soll ich denn mit so etwas. Der Alltag hat mir bewiesen, das es eine sehr große Erleichterung und auch Sicherheit ist. 
Die Nähte im inneren der Taschen wurden mit einem Schrägband versäubert, ist nicht so sehr meins, vielleicht bekomme ich bei der nächsten Tasche eine bessere Lösung hin.
Die Tasche zu nähen hat so viel Spaß gemacht, auch wenn ich oft das Video zurück scrollen musste. Mir gefällt sie super toll und ich bin auch etwas Stolz auf mich.
Das Schnuddel in der Mitte der einen Seite der Tasche habe ich mir vor langer Zeit auf der Creativa in Dortmund besorgt. Dieses Jahr bin ich wieder mit meiner Freundin dort, ich freue mich schon sehr darauf.

Some time ago I bought the pattern for the shoulder bag Adoro from Pattydoo. After I was at Patch-It the other day and bought the necessary accessories I was able to start. Actually I wanted to have a fine imitation leather on velourart, unfortunately Christiane didn't have this. But she had a dark blue pocket wool fabric, which I liked as well. The inside is an anchor fabric that I took with me to some fair. What is always very important to me is a lanyard. In the beginning I thought, what am I supposed to do with something like that. Everyday life has proven to me that it is a great relief and also security. The seams inside the bags were trimmed with a bias tape, it's not so much mine, maybe I'll get a better solution with the next bag.
Sewing the bag was so much fun, even though I often had to scroll back the video. I like it super great and I am also a bit proud of myself.
I got the snood in the middle of one side of the bag a long time ago at the Creativa in Dortmund. This year I will be there again with my girlfriend, I am really looking forward to it.

Als ich bei Hamburger Liebe eine Vorschau ihrer Stoffcollection gesehen hatte, habe ich mich in diesem Stoff verliebt. Der Weekender-Alfama  von Albstoffe wanderte also in mein neues Nähzimmer. Entstanden ist eine Liv von Pattydoo.
Geändert habe ich die taillierte Weite, es ist somit ein gerader Schnitt geworden. 
Den Halsauschnitt habe ich mit einem Webband versäubert, das gefällt mir derzeit sehr gut.
Beim nächsten Shirt werde ich am Ausschnitt noch etwas verändern, er ist mir zu ausgeschnitten geworden.
Das Shirt wird zu einen meiner Lieblingstrageteile werden. Nun haben wir es auch endlich geschafft Fotos zu machen.

When I saw a preview of her fabric collection at Hamburger Liebe, I fell in love with the fabric. So Albstoffe's Weekender-Alfama wandered into my new sewing room. The result was a Liv by Pattydoo.
I changed the waisted width, so it became a straight cut.
I cleaned the neckline with a woven ribbon, which I like very much at the moment.
With the next shirt I will change the neckline a bit, it has become too cut for me.
The shirt will become one of my favourite parts to wear. Now we have finally managed to take photos.

Endlich neue Ofenhandschuhe / Finally new oven gloves

Ich habe mich mal mit Ofenhandschuhe beschäftigt. Die gekauften haben mich in der letzten Zeit nur genervt, waren gleich kaputt oder die Beschichtung war nach drei Wäschen verschwunden.
Im Urlaub am Gardasee habe ich mit dem Stricken von Topflappen beschäftigt, hat mich gut ausgefüllt beim Besuch im Krankenhaus bei meinen Mann. Hat mir aber keinen Spaß gemacht. Ist nicht so mein Ding, aber ich habe sie zu Ende gebracht.

Vor einiger Zeit habe ich mir mal den Ofenhandschuh von Pattydoo genauer angesehen, und mir das Schnittmuster runter geladen. Ich bin immer wieder begeistert von den Anleitungen und Tipps von Pattydoo.
Nun sind schon mal zwei neue Paare Ofenhandschuhe mit Stoff von Buttinette entstanden, und es hat mir sehr viel Spaß gemacht diese zu nähen. Und sie gefallen mir super toll.
Da werden noch mehr entstehen.
