Zwei Hoodi Jacken für meinen Mann

Dies ist der erste Streich

 Wie ich schon berichtet habe, wollte mein Mann statt einen Hoodi, lieber Jacken haben. Zwei Jacken sind bereits seit einer Weile fertig, er hat diese Jacken bereits oft angehabt, aber irgendwie habe ich es nicht geschafft zu posten.

Der Schnitt ist der Hoodi Emil von Schnittmuster Berlin, hier habe ich einfach am Vorderteil keinen Bruch gelegt, also das Schnittteil auf die offene Kante gelegt und einen Reißverschluss eingenäht. Damit es innen am Reißverschluss gut aussieht habe ich hier noch einen Beleg eingenäht. Die Stoffe sind alle von Pepelinchen. Mein Mann ist sehr begeistert von dem Stoff und der Jacke. Über die tolle Stoffqualität ist er immer wieder begeistert. Bei der ersten Jacke fehlte mir bei der Kapuze noch Stoff, ich habe beim zuschneiden leider nicht aufgepasst. Da musste ich noch schwarzen Stoff nach bestellen. Bei der zweiten klappte alles schon viel besser. Für eine Jacke habe ich noch Stoff da, mal sehen, wann ich das schaffe.  As I've reported before, instead of a hoodi, my husband wanted jackets instead. Two jackets are already finished for a while, he has already had these jackets on many times, but somehow I have not managed to post.

The cut is the Hoodi Emil from Schnittmuster Berlin, here I just did not put a break at the front part, so I put the cut part on the open edge and sewed in a zipper. So that it looks good on the inside of the zipper I have sewn here still a slip. The fabrics are all from Pepelinchen. My husband is very excited about the fabric and the jacket. He is always thrilled about the great fabric quality. With the first jacket I was still missing fabric at the hood, I have unfortunately not paid attention when cutting. I had to order more black fabric. With the second everything worked much better. For a jacket I still have fabric there, let's see when I create that. Now I wish you a nice Wednesday evening. Fertig ist der Hoodi Emil von Schnittmuster Berlin,  für meinem Mann schon etwas länger. Inzwischen ist sogar fast die Hoodijacke fertig. Ich habe den Hoodi als Nähpaket bei Pepelinchen bestellt. Ich hatte immer noch großen Respekt, vor solchen Nähprojekten, vor allem, wenn ich für andere nähe, besonders für meinen  Mann. Er ist sehr kritisch und das ist für mich in Ordnung. Angezogen hat er ihn bisher nicht, er meint er muss erst mal wieder etwas Sport machen, was im Augenblick nicht so einfach ist. Beim Nähen habe ich wieder für mich, viele neue Techniken gelernt und angewandt. Meinen neuen Angstgegner, die Knopflöcher habe ich auch bewältigt. Ich bin schon ein wenig Stolz auf dieses Teil. Nun wünsche ich Euch noch eine schöne Zeit zwischen den Jahren.

Finished is the Hoodi Emil from Schnittmuster Berlin, for my husband a little longer. Meanwhile, even the Hoodi jacket is almost ready. I ordered the Hoodi as a sewing package at Pepelinchen. I still had great respect, before such sewing projects, especially when I sew for others, especially for my cute and sweet husband. He is very critical and that is fine with me. He hasn't put it on yet, he thinks he needs to get back into some sports first, which isn't so easy right now. Hard to believe he does sports. When sewing I have learned again for me, many new techniques and applied. My new fear opponent, the buttonholes I have also mastered. I am already a little proud of this part. Now I wish you a nice time between the years.

Webschal für meinen Mann/Web scarf for my husband

Im Juni 2019 hatte ich mir einen Webrahmen gekauft und meinen Mann einen Schal versprochen. Wie das manchmal so ist, bin ich erst jetzt dazu gekommen, diesen fertig zu stellen. Die Wolle  lag schon seit August 2019 bei uns rum. Aber ich muss noch immer viel überlegen, wie ich den Webrahmen richtig einrichte, daher wird viel Zeit und Ruhe dafür  benötigt. Gestern nun konnte ich den Schal vollständig fertigstellen. Mein Mann hatte ihn auch heute schon um, auf unseren kleinen Ausflug in den Britzer Garten. 
Leider sind mir ein paar Fehler passiert, ich werde also in nächster Zeit noch einen Schal für ihn weben, in der Hoffnung, dass er mir besser gelingt. Viel Wissen kann ich mir zum Glück aus dem Internet holen. Der Blog von Chantimanou  ist da sehr informativ und hilfreich. Ich habe einen Webrahmen von Mateo Salusso den haben nicht so viele und da kann man sich nicht so viel Informationen holen. Es macht mir sehr viel Spaß und es ist sehr entspannend.

In June 2019 I had bought a weaving frame and promised my husband a scarf. As is sometimes the case, I only now got around to finishing it. The wool had been lying around since August 2019. But I still have to think a lot about how to set up the weaving frame correctly, so a lot of time and rest is needed for this. Yesterday I could finish the scarf completely. My husband was already wearing it today, on our little trip to the Britzer Garten.
Unfortunately I made a few mistakes, so I will weave another scarf for him in the near future, hoping that I will succeed better. Fortunately I can get a lot of knowledge from the internet. The blog of Chantimanou is very informative and helpful. I have a web frame by Mateo Salusso, not many people have it and you can't get that much information. It is a lot of fun and it is very relaxing.

Unser Urlaub am Gardasee / Our holiday at Lake Garda

Heute kann ich endlich mal über unseren Urlaub am Gardasee schreiben, der anders endete als von uns geplant.
Begonnen hat er am Freitag den 05.07.2019. Wir sind von Arbeit so gegen halb elf gestartet. Die Autobahn war frei bis auf einige Baustellen. Übernachtet haben wir in Kaufbeuren, wo wir noch einen Kumpel  meines Mannes, der dort wohnt, besucht haben. Am nächsten Tag ging es durch die Berge und Garmisch Partenkirchen nach Österreich und weiter nach Italien. So gegen 14:00 Uhr waren wir in Cisano am Campingplatz angekommen. So schnell wie möglich haben wir alles ausgeladen und sind dann runter zum See gegangen. Wir haben dann auch noch einige Lebensmittel eingekauft.
Abends hatten wir dann wieder einen super schönen Sonnenuntergang.  
So schön ging es die nächsten Tage weiter. Baden im See waren wir erst nach drei Tagen. Einen Tag haben wir einen Ausflug nach Lazise gemacht, einen weiteren Tag sind wir per Bus nach Sirmione gefahren. Ein sehr schöner Ort, nur sehr extrem voll. Mit der Fähre ging es dann zurück nach Lazise.
Nach dem wir eine Woche hinter uns hatten und noch eine Woche vor uns lag, sind wir am Freitag zum See runter weil wir uns in das Nass stürzen wollten. Ich war schon drin und hörte meinen Mann nur Schreien. Er ist auf der Steintreppe trotz Badeschuhe gerutscht und hat sich den Fuß verdreht. Mir wurde sehr viel anders. Zum Glück hat uns ein Ehepaar aus LDS geholfen, alle anderen haben nur geguckt. Ein Rettungswagen kam und hat meinen Mann in das Krankenhaus in Peschiera gebracht. Diagnose, zweifacher Bruch des Sprunggelenkes. Der Urlaub war erledigt. Mein Mann ist der Autofahrer, zur Angst um meinem Mann kam nun auch noch die Sorge, wie kommt unser Auto zurück nach Hause.
Zum Glück haben wir eine Zusatzversicherung beim ADAC die haben das alles super geklärt, so dass ich mich auf meinen Mann konzentrieren konnte, der dann in der Klinik am Dienstag operiert wurde. Es ist wirklich alles nicht so einfach, wenn Mann / Frau die Sprache nicht spricht.
Letzendlich ging es so ganz gut aus, mein Mann darf noch drei Wochen den Fuß nicht belasten, das heißt er darf nur liegen. Also das wird noch einige Zeit dauern.
Am Freitag den 19. Juli wurde wir von einem Fahrer des ADAC mit unsere Auto nachhause gefahren. Durch lange Staus waren wir so gegen halb eins Nachts zu Hause.
Trotzdem war es wieder sehr schön am Gardasee. Trotz der vielen Menschen ist es ein schöner Flecken. Ich habe ein paar schöne Fotos bei gefügt.

Auf dem Gardasee

Today I can finally write about our holiday at Lake Garda, which ended differently than we had planned.
It started on Friday 05.07.2019. We started from work around half past ten. The motorway was free except for some construction sites. We stayed overnight in Kaufbeuren, where we visited a buddy of my husband who lives there. The next day we went through the mountains and Garmisch Partenkirchen to Austria and on to Italy. About 14:00 o'clock we arrived in Cisano at the camping site. As fast as possible we unloaded everything and went down to the lake. We also bought some food.
In the evening we had a super nice sunset. 
So beautiful it went on the next days. Swimming in the lake we were only after three days. One day we made a trip to Lazise, another day we went by bus to Sirmione. A very nice place, only extremely crowded. With the ferry we went back to Lazise.
After we had one week behind us and one week ahead of us, we went down to the lake on Friday because we wanted to plunge into the water. I was already inside and heard my husband only screaming. He slipped on the stone stairs despite bathing shoes and twisted his foot. I became very much different. Fortunately a couple from LDS helped us, everyone else just looked. An ambulance came and took my husband to the hospital in Peschiera. Diagnosis, double fracture of the ankle joint. The vacation was finished. My husband is the car driver, to the fear for my husband came now also still the worry, how our car comes back home.
Luckily we have an additional insurance with the ADAC (German Automobile Club) which has clarified all this super, so that I could concentrate on my husband, who was then operated in the clinic on Tuesday. It's really not so easy when man / woman doesn't speak the language.
In the end it turned out quite well, my husband is not allowed to put weight on his foot for another three weeks, which means he is only allowed to lie down. So that will take some time.
On Friday the 19th of July a driver of the ADAC drove us home with our car. Through long traffic jams we were at home around half past one at night.
Nevertheless it was again very nice at Lake Garda. Despite the many people it is a beautiful spot. I have added some nice photos.

Ein Rucksack für meinen Mann / A backpack for my husband

Ich hatte es ja angekündigt. Mein Mann hatte den Wunsch, er benötigt einen Rucksack für die Sachen die er meistens jeden Tag auf Arbeit mit nehmen möchte. Wie wir vor einiger Zeit bei Stoff und Stil waren hat er sich dort einen Schnitt ausgesucht und den Stoff bei Traumbeere gekauft. Und nach Weihnachten hatte ich dann endlich die Zeit und die Nerven mit dem Teil zu beginnen, denn ich hatte sehr großen Respekt davor. Es ist immer eine Sache ob ich etwas für mich mache, da ist es nicht so sehr schlimm, wenn es nicht gelingt, oder für jemanden anderen. Da hat Frau dann den Druck es muss gelingen, naja jedenfalls geht es mir so. 
Für das erste Mal bin ich sehr Zufrieden, zumal ich mich beim Lesen der Anleitung sehr schwer getan habe. Beim nächsten Mal wird es mir leichter fallen. Mein Mann hat sich sehr über das neue Stück gefreut und das ist ja das wichtigste. 
Das schwierigste war für mich das Nähen der Lederriemen. Meine Maschine mochte die Riemen nicht so gerne nähen, trotz Ledernadel.

I announced it. My husband had the wish, he needs a backpack for the things he usually wants to take to work every day. As we were at fabric and style some time ago, he chose a cut and bought the fabric at Traumbeere. And after Christmas I finally had the time and the nerves to start with the piece, because I had a lot of respect for it. It's always one thing if I do something for myself, it's not so bad if it doesn't work out, or for someone else. Then the woman has the pressure it has to succeed, at least that's how I feel.
For the first time I am very satisfied, especially as I had a hard time reading the instructions. Next time it will be easier for me. My husband was very happy about the new piece and that is the most important thing.
The most difficult thing for me was sewing the leather straps. My machine didn't like sewing the straps so much, despite the leather needle.
So and now I wish you a nice Wednesday evening.

Aus einem Stoffrest entstanden/Made from a scraps of cloth

Ich habe vor einiger Zeit für meinen Mann eine Jogginghose genäht. Hier habe ich darüber berichtet.
Von diesem bunten Stoff ist ziemlich viel übrig geblieben. Wir haben beide überlegt, was wir daraus noch nähen könnten. Ich habe dann vorgeschlagen, ein T-Shirt für ihn zu machen. Wir haben noch schwarzen Jerseystoff von Zick Zack dazu gekauft, dann habe ich eine kleine Zeichnung gemacht, wie ich mir vorgestellt habe,  die schwarzen Jerseyteile mit dem bunten Stoff zusammen zu setzten.  Mein Mann war damit einverstanden.
Dann ging der Spaß erst richtig los: Ich hatte kein Schnittmuster für ein T-Shirt von ihm vorzuliegen, also ein gekauftes T-Shirt von ihm genommen welches gut passt und den Schnitt auf Seidenpapier abgezeichnet. Hier könnt ihr eine kleine Erklärung sehen.

Man nimmt sein Lieblingsteil, hier ein T-Shirt und legt es Naht auf Naht und befestigt es mit Stecknadeln. Die Ärmel und derAusschnitt verschwindet nach innen. Nun kann man die Form des Shirts auf dem Seidenpapier mit einem Bleistift etc. abzeichnen. Das macht man mit dem Vorderteil und mit dem Rückenteil.

Nun habe ich den schwarzen und den bunten Jersey zusammen genäht. Für die Rückseite reichte der bunte Stoff total aus.Danach habe ich die abkopierten Schnitteile des T-Shirt zugeschnitten, ganz normal. Die Ärmel habe ich von einen alten T-Shirt von meinen Mann herausgetrennt und dann auf Seidenpapier kopiert. Ich war schon ganz schön aufgeregt, es ist immer eine andere Sache, ob man für sich selber etwas näht oder für einen anderen. Aber seht selbst, und er hat gesagt, ihm gefällt es. Ich hoffe es stimmt auch -;))

Auch ihm fällt das Lächeln schwer. He too finds it difficult to smile.

Inzwischen ist ein weiteres T-Shirt für ihn entstanden, aber diesmal nicht so bunt, sondern in schwarz.

I sewed jogging pants for my husband some time ago. Here I have reported about it.
There is a lot left over from this colorful fabric. We both considered what we could sew from it. I then suggested to make a t-shirt for him. We also bought zig zag black jersey fabric, then made a little drawing, as I imagined, putting the black jersey pieces with the colorful fabric together. My husband agreed.
Then the fun really started: I did not have a pattern for a t-shirt from him, so a bought T-shirt taken from him which fits well and the cut on tissue paper signed. Here you can see a little explanation.Now I sewed the black and the colorful jersey together. For the back of the colorful fabric was totally enough.
Then I cut the copied cut parts of the T-shirt, quite normal. I cut my sleeves off an old T-shirt from my husband and then copied them on tissue paper. I've been very excited, it's always a different matter, whether you sew something for yourself or for someone else. But see for yourself, and he said he likes it. I hope it is true -;))
Meanwhile, another T-shirt for him, but this time not so colorful, but in black.

Das letzte Projekt aus dem Jahr 2017 /The last project from the year 2017

Heute zeige ich Euch mein letztes Projekt, welches ich am Silvestertag begonnen und am Neujahrstag beendet habe. 

Mein Mann hat sich bei den Kreativtagen im Oktober einen schönen Stoff ausgesucht und wollte eine Jogginghose haben. Durch meine ganze Weihnachtsgeschenk Aktion ist dies leider ins Hintertreffen gekommen. Nun ist die Hose fertig und wir haben auch endlich geschafft Bilder zu machen. 

Der Stoff ist ein bunter Baumwolljersey von Stoff und Stil und der Schnitt ist von Pattydoo .

Das einzige was ich geändert habe, es sind keine Bündchen an den Hosenbeinen befestigt.

Und leider gelingen mir auch die Ösen nicht wirklich gut. Da muss ich noch mehr üben.

Was wir aus den Stoffresten gemacht habe, zeige ich Euch nächste Woche.

Today I show you my last project, which I started on New Year's Eve and ended on New Year's Day.

My husband chose a nice fabric at the creative days in October and wanted to have a sweatpants. Due to my whole Christmas present action this unfortunately has fallen behind. Now the pants are ready and we finally managed to take pictures.

The fabric is a colorful cotton jersey of fabric and style and the cut is from Pattydoo.

The only thing I have changed, there are no cuffs attached to the legs.

And unfortunately, the eyelets do not work well for me either. I have to practice more.

What we have made of the fabric remains, I'll show you next week.

Jogginghose die zweite, die dritte...

Hier habe ich Euch meine erste Jogginghose für meinen Mann gezeigt. Ich habe bei Zick Zack noch einen zweiten Jerseystoff für eine weitere Jogginghose für meinen Mann mit genommen. Und ich glaube ich habe einen Fehler gemacht. Lach. Er wollte noch eine Hose. Wir sind also wieder zu Zick Zack und er hat sich den nächsten Stoff ausgesucht. Und hier sind nun beide Hosen. Er zieht diese mit wachsender Begeisterung an. Ich vermute, so langsam, kann ich für mich nichts mehr nähen.  Die Hosen sind nach dem Schnitt von Pattydoo Alex genäht. Immer wieder finde ich die Videos von ihr sehr Lehrreich.  Nur leider werde ich mich mit den Ösen nicht anfreunden. Seufz ich werde also weiter üben.

Eine Jogginghose für meinen Mann/A jogging trousers for my husband

Am letzten Samstag waren mein Mann und ich bei Zick zack, er wollte unbedingt eine Jogginghose haben. Oh schreck, mit einer Kordel, das heißt mit Ösen. 
Ich habe keine guten Erlebnisse mit Ösen einschlagen. Seufz. Na gut, er hat sich einen tollen Stoff (Star Wars) aus gesucht und ich habe mich über das Ösen einschlagen aufklären lassen. 
Und das Angebot bekommen, wenn ich es nicht schaffe, kann ich gerne 
in den Laden kommen.
Gesagt, gemacht. Der Schnitt ist von Pattydoo nennt sich Alex. Ich musste den Schnitt etwas anpassen und dann ging es an die Ösen. Ich habe es an einen Stoffrest probiert, ich habe kapituliert.
Also bin ich diese Woche, wieder in den oben genannten Laden um das Angebot anzunehmen. Zum Glück war der junge Mann da, und ich muss sagen der hat sich wirklich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, mit Schweißperlen auf der Stirn. 
Aber es hat sehr gut funktioniert. Nun habe ich auch noch ein Werkzeug erstanden zum einschlagen der Ösen, denn mein Mann möchte noch eine Hose haben.

Das hat der jung Mann sehr gut gemacht

On the last Saturday, my husband and I were zig zack, he wanted to have a jogging trousers and oh dread with a cord, that means with eyelets. I have no good experiences with eyelets. Sigh. Well, he has looked for a great fabric and I have let myself be cleared through the eyelet. And get the offer, if I can not create I can gladly come to the store.Said, done. The cut is from Pattydoo called Alex. I had to adjust the cut slightly and then went to the eyelets. I tried it on a fabric residue, I capitulated.So this week I am back in the above-mentioned shop to accept the offer. Luckily, the young man was there, and I must say he has really done a lot of effort with itSweat beads on the forehead. But it worked very well. Now I have also got a tool for hitting the eyelets, because my husband would like to have a pair of trousers.Here you can now see the new piece of clothing.
