Ein Bild aus besseren Tagen

 Es wird geplauscht beim Samstagsplausch von Andrea.

Bei uns weint seit Freitag der Himmel. Wobei es vorher sehr schöne Tage gab. Meine Woche war soweit in Ordnung, drei Tage konnte ich von zu Hause arbeiten, zwei Tage war ich im Büro, wo die Coronaeinschläge näher kommen. Seit Mittwoch ist ein ganzer Bereich in Quarantäne. Es macht mir alles ziemlich Angst. Das Einkaufen wird auch wieder ein Erlebnis, die Regale mit dem Toilettenpapier und Taschentücher sind oft leer.  So das ist jetzt aber alles was ich darüber schreibe.  Die Planung für das Wochenende sieht so aus, dass wir unser Wohnzimmer etwas aussortieren wollen, da dieses Mitte November neu gestrichen werden wird und ein neuer Fussboden reinkommt. Da wir nicht verreisen werden zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr, werden wir eventuell nach einer neuen Couch ausschah halten. Es liegt auf den Nähtisch eine zugeschnittene Hose für mich bereit, zwei Sweatshirtjacken für meinen Mann und neue Mundschutze sollten auch wieder genäht werden. Ich benötige neue Schuhe, die alten hatte ich gestern an, es fühlte sich etwas komisch beim rein schlüpfen an, auf Arbeit habe ich dann gesehen, dass sich die Sohle abgelöst hat. Die Schuhe werde ich versuchen beim Schuster zu retten. Wir haben einen guten in der Nähe unserer Arbeit. So dass solls für heute von mir gewesen sein. Ich werde bei Euch nun rein schauen, habt ein schönes Wochenende erholt Euch und vorallem bleibt bitte gesund. Lieben Gruß Sylvia

Since Friday the sky is crying. Whereby there were very beautiful days before. My week was okay so far, three days I was able to work from home, two days I was in the office where the corona strokes are getting closer. Since Wednesday a whole area is in quarantine. It all scares me quite a bit. Shopping is also becoming an experience again, the shelves with the toilet paper and handkerchiefs are often empty.  So that's all I write about now.  The planning for the weekend is that we want to sort out our living room a bit, because it will be repainted in mid-November and a new floor will come in. Since we will not be traveling between Christmas and New Year, we might be looking for a new couch. On the sewing table there is a pair of trousers cut to size for me, two sweatshirt jackets for my husband and new mouthguards should be sewn again. I need new shoes, I wore the old ones yesterday, somehow it felt a bit weird when I slipped in, at work I saw that the sole came off. I will try to save the shoes at the shoemaker. We have a good one near our work. So that should have been from me for today. I will look in on you now, have a nice weekend and above all please stay healthy. Eine neue Tasche, die Annie von Pattydoo/ A new Bag, the Annie from Pattydoo

Seit August habe ich mir die Tasche Annie von Pattydoo zugeschnitten. Den Stoff, ein Canvas habe ich mir bei Pepelinchen gekauft. Dann kamen aber einige T-Shirts von uns beiden dazwischen, der Hoodi für meinen Mann, hier steht das Foto noch aus, so lag die angefangene Tasche dann ewig rum. Letzte Woche hatte ich die Zeit, Muße und Geduld und habe mich voller Elan ran gemacht. Das klappte auch alles sehr gut, bis ich dachte, ich bin fertig mit dem Reißverschluss und habe das Ende gekürzt. Das hätte ich nicht machen sollen. So lag die Tasche wieder auf Eis. In der Woche, nach Arbeit einen neuen Reißverschluss gekauft und am Freitagabend die Tasche fertig gestellt. Gestern hat mein Mann dann die Bilder gemacht. Und hier könnt Ihr sie nun sehen. Mir sind immer wichtig kleinen Innentaschen im Futter, diese habe ich mit einem Kam Snap versehen und ein Schlüsselband. So findet sich im Chaos meiner Tasche der Schlüssel einfach leichter. Das ist nun die zweite Tasche Annie, diesmal aus dem Canvas, gefällt mir besser als der Oilskin.

Bei der Anleitung habe ich manchmal etwas schwer getan, und es war ziemlich aufwendig, in andere Erklärvideos umzuzwitschen. Da war ich manchmal etwas blockiert. Ansonsten wird es wie immer gut von Ina erklärt.

So in the chaos of my bag the key is easier to find. This is now the second bag Annie, this time from the canvas, I like it better than the oilskin.

I sometimes had a hard time with the instructions, and it was quite complicated to switch to other explanatory videos. Sometimes I was a bit blocked. Apart from that it is explained well by Ina, as always.

Es ist Samstagsplauschzeit bei Andrea und nach einiger Zeit bin ich mal wieder dabei. Wobei zu berichten habe ich nicht viel. Nachdem ich mich am Samstag dem nähen meiner neuen Tasche gewidmet hatte und richtig gut beim einnähen des Reißer war und ich dann voller Elan den Reißverschluss gekürzt hatte, war das nähen Tasche erledigt. Dieser hätte nicht abgeschnitten werden sollen. Klasse. Die ganze Arbeit umsonst und noch viel schlimmer ich hatte keinen Ersatz vorzuliegen. So hatte sich das Taschennähen erstmal erledigt. Und ich hab noch so gedacht, klappt ja alles gut. Dann habe ich mit dem abpausen des Schnittes für meine Hose begonnen. Am Sonntag wollten wir einfach mal über das Land fahren, zum Spargelhof in Klaistow. Da es regnet, dachen wir, da ist nichts los. Schon auf der Autobahn hab ich zu meinen Mann gesagt, wow ist das voll hier. Und das war es dann auch im Spargelhof. Da waren wir dann fast gleich weg. Das war uns zu voll. Zumal dort keine Abstandsregelungen eingehalten worden. Montag und Dienstag waren normale Arbeitstag, Abends habe ich mir dann noch einen Reißer gekauft. Ab Mittwoch durfte ich zu Hause arbeiten. Eine Planung für das Wochenende gibt es nicht, ich werde den zweiten Versuch mit dem Reißer für die Tasche starten, einen Kuchen für uns backen und einfach nur ausruhen.

   It's saturday fun time with Andrea and after some time I'm back again. But I don't have much to report. After I had dedicated myself to sewing my new bag on Saturday and was really good at sewing in the ripper and then I had shortened the zipper full of verve, the sewing was done.  It should not have been cut off. Great. All the work for nothing and even worse I had no replacement to hand. So the sewing of the bag was done. And I still thought, everything is going well. Then I started to trace the cut for my trousers.                                                                                                                                    On Sunday we just wanted to drive across the country to the asparagus farm in Klaistow. Since it's raining, we thought, there's nothing going on. Already on the freeway I said to my husband, wow, it's full here. And that was it in the asparagus farm. Then we were almost immediately away. It was too crowded for us. Especially since there were no distance regulations.                  Monday and Tuesday were normal working days, in the evening I bought myself a ripper. On Wednesday I was allowed to work at home. There is no planning for the weekend, I will start the second try with the ripper for the bag, bake a cake for us and just rest.

Samstagsplausch 40/20 / Saturday Chat

 

 

Guten Morgen es ist Samstag. Nachdem ich letzte Woche beim Samstags Plausch gefehlt habe bin ich diese Woche wieder dabei. Letzte Woche hatte ich zuviel um die Ohren, ich bin auch nicht zum nähen gekommen. Wir mussten den Einkauf erledigen. Am Sonntag waren wir im Britzer Garten und haben da eine Runde mit den Trekkingstöcken gemacht. Das ging schon sehr gut. Leider ist der Fuß von meinen Mann immer noch ziemlich dick. Aber die Schmerzen sind nicht mehr da, bis auf die Wunde, wo das Metall raus genommen wurde. Montag bis Mittwoch konnte ich zu Hause arbeiten. Und es war tatsächlich ziemlich stressig, so dass ich froh war zu Hause zu arbeiten. Da hatte ich mehr Ruhe und konnte mich besser konzentrieren. Wie das im Dezember im Großraumbüro werden soll, weiß ich noch nicht. Schrecklich.  

 Einen Tag in der Woche waren wir nach Feierabend noch am Wannsee beim Flensburger Löwen. Das war total entspannend. Donnerstag haben wir unseren Wocheneinkauf getätigt, und gestern habe ich mich das erste Mal seit Februar mit meine Freundin getroffen. Es hat so gut getan. Danach waren wir noch in einer Kirche, da hat der ehemalige Schwager meiner Freundin seine Bilder ausgestellt. Zum Glück konnte mich mein Mann hin bringen und abgeholt hat er mich dann auch noch, dann haben wir uns alle noch in ein Lokal gesetzt etwas getrunken und ganz viel geredet. Später habe ich noch eine kleine Modeschau gemacht, mein Mann hat eine Shoppingtour gemacht und mir viele Schöne Kleidung gekauft, die ich auch alle behalten werde. Beim Hula Hopp training bin ich jetzt auf 25 Minuten gekommen, aber so lange halte ich den Reifen nicht am Körper. Es wird schon besser und macht sehr viel Spaß. Hätte ich nicht gedacht. Eine Planung für dieses Wochenende haben wir noch nicht. Eventuell fahren wir irgendwo an das Wasser, es hat uns so gut getan, neulich. Vielleicht passt es mit einer Schiffsfahrt, wenn es nicht so voll ist. In der Wohnung ist in den letzten Wochen auch so viel liegen geblieben und der Hoodi für meinen Mann liegt auch noch auf dem Zuschneidetisch. Was steht bei Eus so an? Genießt das Wochenende.                                                            Am Wannsee

 Good morning it is Saturday. After I missed last week's Saturday chat I'm back this week. Last week I had too much to do and I didn't get to sew. We had to do the shopping. On Sunday we went to the Britzer Garten and made a round with the trekking poles. That went already very well. Unfortunately the foot of my husband is still quite thick. But the pain is not there anymore, except for the wound where the metal was taken out. Monday to Wednesday I could work at home. And it was actually quite stressful, so I was glad to work at home. There I had more peace and quiet and could concentrate better. I don't know yet how it will be in the open-plan office in December. Terrible.  

 One day a week after work we went to the Wannsee at the Flensburg Lion. That was totally relaxing. Thursday we did our weekly shopping and yesterday I met my girlfriend for the first time since February. It felt so good. Afterwards we went to a church where my girlfriend's former brother-in-law exhibited his pictures. Luckily my husband was able to take me there and he picked me up, and then we all sat down in a restaurant and had a drink and talked a lot. Later I did a little fashion show, my husband went shopping and bought me a lot of nice clothes, which I will keep. At the Hula Hopp training I got 25 minutes, but I won't keep the tire on my body that long. It is getting better and is a lot of fun. I would not have thought so. We don't have a plan for this weekend yet. Maybe we'll go to the water somewhere, it did us so good the other day. Maybe it fits with a boat trip when it is not so crowded. In the last weeks so much has been left lying around in the apartment and the Hoodi for my husband is still on the cutting table. What's up with Eus? Enjoy the weekend. Best regards Sylvia
