Samstagsplausch 9/20 / Saturday Chat

Wir haben Samstag und heute wird wieder bei Andrea geplauscht, auch wenn mir die Nachrichten in der Welt viel Angst machen. Egal ob es der Virus ist oder die Politik. Man weiß schon garnicht, wie man sich verhalten soll. 
Meine Woche war recht entspannt. Am letzten Wochenende haben wir tatsächlich nichts gemacht, bis auf das wir am Sonntag beim Sport waren. Ok ich habe mit der neuen Sporttasche für meinen Mann begonnen, und etwas Bügelwäsche ist auch noch erledigt worden.
Montag war ich beim Zahnarzt, Dienstag hatten wir einen Termin und Mittwoch war ich auf einer Dienstreise in Hannover. Morgens hin und Nachmittags zurück. Donnerstag und Freitag waren normale Arbeitstage, Freitag hatte ich noch Stricktrefffen bei meiner Freundin. Das war schön, man konnte mal den Alltag und die ganzen Meldungen in den Medien kurz vergessen. 
Für das Wochenende haben wir keine Planung. Gleich werden wir auf den Markt gehen und noch etwas Lebensmittel einkaufen und dann einfach nur das Wochenende genießen. Vielleicht mal die Küche richtig putzen.

 It's Saturday and today we are chatting again with Andrea, even though the news in the world frighten me a lot. Whether it's the virus or politics. You don't know how to behave.
My week was quite relaxed. Last weekend we really didn't do anything, except that we went to sports on Sunday. Ok I started with the new gym bag for my husband, and some ironing was also done
Monday I went to the dentist, Tuesday we had an appointment and Wednesday I was on a business trip in Hannover. There in the morning and back in the afternoon. Thursday and Friday were normal working days, Friday I had knitting meetings at my girlfriend's place. That was nice, you could forget the daily routine and all the news in the media.
For the weekend we have no planning. In a moment we will go to the market and buy some food and then just enjoy the weekend. Maybe we will clean the kitchen properly.

Samstagsplausch 8/20 / Saturday Chat

Es wird wieder geplauscht bei Andrea. Ich hatte eine angenehme Woche. Samstag haben wir uns einfach nur ausgeruht. Am Sonntag waren wir kurz auf der Weinmesse auf dem Messegelände, es hat uns aber irgendwie nicht gefallen und sind daher frühzeitig nach Hause gegangen. Montag und Dienstag waren normale Arbeitstage. Dienstag Abend waren wir beim RBB 88,8 bei Knapp daneben von Heiner Knappig, da waren Ixi, Markus und Peter Hubert von UKW zu Gast beim Thema die neue Deutsche Welle. Es war eine sehr schöne und interessante Veranstaltung. Mittwoch und Donnerstag konnte ich von zu Hause aus arbeiten. Leider hat unser Sport für diese Woche nicht so stattfinden können. Aber gestern Abend haben wir noch etwas gesportelt.
Unser kleiner Pfirsichbäumchen auf dem Balkon bekommt gerade neue Blätter. Genauso sieht es in der ganzen Natur aus. Die Vögel beginnen auch schon morgens zu zwitschern. 
Das Wochenende ist bisher nicht verplant, nachher kommt noch der Sohn von meinen Mann vorbei um Fußball zu sehen und ich werde mich dann an meine Nähmaschine setzen.

Haus des Rundfunks

 There will be chatting again with Andrea. I had a good week. Saturday we just rested. On Sunday we went briefly to the wine fair at the fairground, but somehow we didn't like it and so we went home early. Monday and Tuesday were normal working days. Tuesday evening we were at the RBB 88,8 at Knapp next to Heiner Knappig's, there Ixi, Markus and Peter Hubert from UKW were guests at the theme the new Deutsche Welle. It was a very nice and interesting event. Wednesday and Thursday I was able to work from home. Unfortunately our sport for this week could not take place like that. But yesterday evening we did some sports.
Our little peach tree on the balcony is just getting new leaves. It looks the same in the whole nature. The birds start chirping in the morning.
The weekend is not planned yet, afterwards the son of my husband will come over to watch football and I will sit down at my sewing machine.

Eine neue Jacke / A new jacket

 

es ist ein dunkelblauer Stoff. Die Bilder hat mein Mann gemacht

Im April 2019 waren wir noch mal bei Stoff und Stil shoppen. Mein Mann hat mir dort Stoff und den Schnitt für eine Jacke spendiert. Das Nähen habe ich im August geschafft, da wir ja nicht unterwegs sein konnten aufgrund des doppelten Bruches des Sprunggelenks von meinen Mann. Das einzige Problem was ich hatte, meine Nähmaschine hat keine Knopflöcher gemacht, bzw. habe ich den Hebel heraus gebrochen, wie auch immer ich das geschafft habe. Da mein Mann der Autofahrer ist, konnte ich nicht zu meinen Nähmaschinenladen mit der Maschine eilen. Per Bahn oder Bus war es mir samt der Maschine, einfach mal zu schwer.
So musste ich warten, bis wieder Stricktreff bei meiner Freundin war, die auch eine Nähmaschine besitzt und da konnte ich die Knopflöcher dann fertig stellen Leider hat es etwas mit einem Tragefoto gedauert, obwohl die Jacke schon öfters ausgeführt wurde.
 Aber nun kommen hier die Bilder und gehen heute zu Du für Dich am Donnerstag von Nähfrosch und zu Heike Tschänsch Modewerkstatt.
Die Jacke wurde gefüttert und ehrlich ich bin schon ziemlich glücklich darüber, dass ich das so gut hin bekommen habe. Der Stoff ist aus Viskose, alles,  auch die Knöpfe sind von Stoff und Stil. Ich habe wie man sehen kann,  immer noch keine Leichtigkeit beim Fotoshooting bekommen. Meine Haare kommen auch etwas wüst daher, ein Blick in den Spiegel wäre hilfreich gewesen. Lach.

In April 2019 we went shopping at Stoff und Stil again. My husband gave me fabric and the cut for a jacket. I finished the sewing in August, because we couldn't be on the road because of the double fracture of my husband's ankle joint. The only problem I had was that my sewing machine didn't make any buttonholes or I broke the lever out, however I managed to do it. Since my husband is the driver, I could not rush to my sewing machine shop with the machine. By train or bus it was simply too heavy for me, together with the machine.
So I had to wait until my girlfriend, who also owns a sewing machine, was back at her place and I could finish the buttonholes.
 But now here come the pictures and go today to Du für Dich für Dich on Thursday from Nähfrosch and to Heike Tschänsch Modewerkstatt.
The jacket has been lined and honestly I am quite happy that I have done so well. The fabric is viscose, everything, even the buttons are of fabric and style. As you can see, I still didn't get any ease during the photo shoot.
 My hair is also a bit wild, a look in the mirror would have been helpful. Laugh.

Samstagsplausch 7/20 / Saturday Chat

Heute nehme ich wieder am Samstagsplausch bei Andrea teil.
Letzte Woche war ich am Samstag und Sonntag mit den T-Shirts für  meinen Mann  und meiner neuen Baby Look beschäftigt. Da muss ich noch sehr viel lernen. Aber es hat viel Spaß gemacht. Sonntag bei dem Sturm haben wir uns nicht nach draußen bewegt. Montag und Dienstag waren normale Arbeitstage, Mittwoch konnte ich von zu Hause arbeiten, Abends waren wir noch im Brewdog haben sehr gut gegessen und zum ersten Mal Shuffelboard gespielt, es hat richtig Spaß gemacht.
Donnerstag musste mein Mann zum Arzt und ich durfte am Freitag zum Zahnarzt. Abends waren wir beim Sport. Geplant für das Wochenende haben wir erst mal nichts. Aber die Wohnung braucht etwas Pflege. 
Viel habe ich heute nicht zu erzählen und wünsche Euch daher ein schönes Wochenende und werde mal sehen, ob Ihr mehr zu erzählen habt als ich.

 Today I will again take part in Saturday's fun.
Last week I was busy on Saturday and Sunday with the t-shirts for my husband and my new baby look. There I still have to learn a lot. But it was a lot of fun. Sunday with the storm we did not move outside. Monday and Tuesday were normal working days, Wednesday I could work from home, in the evening we went to the Brewdog and had a very good meal and played shuffelboard for the first time, it was really fun.
Thursday my husband had to go to the doctor and I was allowed to go to the dentist on Friday. In the evening we went to the gym. We have nothing planned for the weekend. But the apartment needs some care.
I don't have much to tell you today, so have a nice weekend and I'll see if you have more to tell than me.

Gestreift geht immer / Striped always works

Ich liebe Streifenshirts. Einen tollen Streifenstoff habe ich mir bei "alles für Selbermacher" gekauft. Daraus habe ich mir wieder ein T-Shirt nach dem Modell von Burda Style genäht. Hier ist der Ärmel am Vorder- und Rückenteil bereits dran. Das Shirt habe ich hier bereits in Türkis/Schwarz genäht. Es ist ein Schnitt der mir immer wieder gut gefällt. Den Ausschnitt habe ich mit einem schwarzen Schrägband versäubert.
Er ist super einfach und eigentlich ist das T-Shirt sehr schnell fertig. Ich tue mich oft nur mit dem versäubern des Ausschnittes schwer.
Mein neues Lieblingsteil geht heute zu "Du für Dich am Donnerstag" und ich wünsche Euch einen schönen Donnerstag. Lieben Gruß Sylvia 

I love striped shirts. I bought a great stripe fabric at "Alles für Selbbermacher". From it I sewed a t-shirt after the model of Burda Style. Here the sleeve is already attached at the front and back. The shirt is already sewn in turquoise/black. It is a cut that I like again and again. The neckline is trimmed with a black bias tape.
It is super simple and actually the T-shirt is finished very quickly. I often have difficulties with the cleaning of the neckline.
My new favourite part goes today to "You for you on Thursday" and I wish you a nice Thursday. Love Sylvia

Ein Wollschal für den nicht vorhandenen Winter / A woolen scarf for the non-existent winter

Genau vor Weihnachten habe ich beim Wolladen meines Vertrauens Frau Wolle, einen super schönen und ganz weichen Schal gesehen. Aus 45 % Baumwolle, 45 %  Alpaca und 8% Schurwolle. Ich habe mich sofort in den Schal und der Wolle verliebt, dabei mag ich keine Schals. Die Farben habe ich mir selber zusammenstellen können.
Der Schal war bereits schon gleich am Anfang des neuen Jahres fertig, und ich wollte Euch eigentlich Tragefotos zeigen. Leider macht mir da das Wetter einen großen Strich durch die Rechnung. Für einen Wollschal ist es leider in Berlin für mich viel zu warm. Wahrscheinlich wird er in diesem Winter nicht zum Tragen kommen.
Schade für mich und noch mehr schade für die Natur.
Der Schal wurde in Halbpatent gestrickt, das macht mir im Augenblick unheimlich viel Spaß. 
Ein neues Strickprojekt habe ich schon in Planung, ich muss es nur noch bestellen.
Nun wünsche ich Euch einen schönen Abend und hoffe sehr, ihr werdet nicht so sehr durch geweht.

 Exactly before Christmas, I saw a super beautiful and very soft scarf at my trusted wool shop, Frau Wolle. Made of 45% cotton, 45% alpaca and 8% new wool. I immediately fell in love with the scarf and the wool, but I do not like scarves. The colors I have put together myself.
The scarf was already finished at the beginning of the new year and I wanted to show you wearing pictures. Unfortunately, the weather has put a big damper on my plans. For a woollen scarf it is much too warm for me in Berlin. Probably it will not be worn this winter.
A pity for me and even more a pity for nature.
The scarf was knitted in semi-patent, which is a lot of fun for me right now.
I have a new knitting project in the pipeline, I just have to order it.

Samstagsplausch 5/20 Saturday Chat

Wir haben den fünften Samstagsplausch von Andrea in diesem Jahr. Was für ein Rennen der Zeit.
Samstag und Sonntag waren wir einfach nur erledigt. Samstag war ich nur per Rad einkaufen auf dem Markt,  nachher mit dem Auto noch die restlichen Lebensmittel. Später kam Jan sein Sohn zum Fußball gucken. Ich habe mein T-Shirt zu ende genäht, welches es noch nicht aufs Foto geschafft hat, wie viel andere genähte Sachen, die schon fertig sind. 
Montag und Dienstag waren normale Arbeitstage. Dienstag musste mein Mann zum Augenarzt und Mittwoch konnte ich zu Hause arbeiten. Donnerstag stand ein Arztbesuch meines Mannes an, Abends habe ich die Ärmel meiner Strickjacke aufgerippelt, da es mir nicht gefallen hat, ich hatte ein paar Fehler drin. Freitag hatte ich Stricktreffen. Das war sehr schön und entspannend. Danach waren mein Mann und ich beim Sport das war auch sehr gut.
Gleich werden wir einkaufen gehen, dann werden wir uns Stoff und Stil anschauen, die sind jetzt in unsere Nähe gezogen. Später werde ich das Shirt meines Mannes zu Ende nähen und einfach mich freuen das Wochenende ist. Die Woche ist mit meinen Gefühlen total Karussel gefahren und davon bin ich einfach nur erledigt.
Übrigens, da diese Anfrage kam, mein Mann schenkt mir gern und fast jede Woche Blumen.
Nun wünsche ich Euch ein schönes und entspanntes Wochenende. Mich findet Ihr später beim nähen oder beim plauschen.

 We have the fifth Saturday chat from Andrea this year. What a race against time.
Saturday and Sunday we were just dead. Saturday I was only shopping on the market by bike, afterwards by car the rest of the food. Later Jan his son came to watch football. I finished sewing my T-shirt, which didn't make it to the photo yet, like many other sewn things, which are already finished.
Monday and Tuesday were normal working days. Tuesday my husband had to go to the eye doctor and Wednesday I could work at home. Thursday my husband had to go to the doctor, in the evening I ripped the sleeves of my cardigan because I didn't like it, I had a few mistakes in it. Friday I had knitting meetings. That was very nice and relaxing. Afterwards my husband and I went to the sports that was also very good.
In a moment we will go shopping, then we will look at fabric and style, they have moved near us now. Later I will finish sewing my husband's shirt and just be happy the weekend is here. The week has gone roundabout with my feelings and I am just exhausted.
By the way, since this request came, my husband likes to give me flowers almost every week.
