Ein große Sporttasche für meinen Mann / A large sports bag for my husband

Nachdem ich für meinen Mann eine Sporttasche genäht habe, siehe hier, meinte er nachdem er die Tasche einige Male in Gebrauch hatte, sie wäre doch etwas zu klein. 
Ok, machen wir sie von beiden Seiten 10 Zentimeter länger. Den Stoff hatten wir bereits bei Ikea gekauft. Aber es dauert immer etwas bevor ich es schaffe bei solchen Projekten zu beginnen. Ich habe sehr großen Respekt vor solchen Sachen und wenn es noch für andere Personen ist, auch wenn es mein Liebster ist, ist das immer so eine Sache.
Jedenfalls ist diese Tasche nun knapp vor Beginn der Coronakrise fertig geworden und wartet auf den Einsatz, was noch etwas warten muss. 
Heute nun habe ich mal ein Foto mit der Hilfe meines Mannes hin bekommen. Das Schnittmuster ist von Stoff und Stil und hier habe ich lediglich die Seiten um 10 Zentimeter verlängert. Was mich etwas ärgert, ich habe für die Absteppung einen pinkfarbenen Bleistift / Kreidestift benutzt, und trotz einmal waschen und einweichen geht dieser nicht raus. Finde ich nicht gut.

A great sportAfter I sewed a sports bag for my husband, see here, he said after using the bag a few times that it was a little too small. 
Ok, let's make it 10 centimeters longer on both sides. We had already bought the fabric at Ikea. But it always takes a while before I manage to start with such projects. I have a lot of respect for such things and if it is still for other people, even if it is my dearest, it is always something like that.
Anyway, this bag is now finished just before the corona crisis starts and is waiting for the mission, which will have to wait a little bit. 
Today now I got a photo with the help of my husband. The pattern is of fabric and style and here I just extended the sides by 10 centimeters. What annoys me a bit, I used a pink pencil / crayon for the stitching, and despite washing and soaking it once, it won't come out. I do not like it.

Samstagsplausch 13/20 / Saturday Chat

Und wieder haben wir eine Woche hinter uns gebracht. Das Gefühlsleben geht hoch und runter. Das einzige was mich immer noch aufbaut, ist die Sonne. Es tut einfach gut, diese zu spüren, auch wenn es nur kleine Augenblicke sind. Denn leider hat der Virus uns immer noch gut im Griff. So gut im Griff, das ich jetzt auch am nähen von Gesichtsmasken bin.
Ansonsten war es eine ruhige Woche, ich war drei Tage zu Hause. Ab nächste Woche wird es sehr wahrscheinlicher etwas unruhiger auf Arbeit werden. Ansonsten gehen wir auf unseren Urlaub zu.Ich denke die Wohnung wird nach meinen Urlaub blitzen. 
Meine Zahnarztbehandlung habe ich erstmal in den Mai verschoben, ich hatte nun doch etwas Angst, das ich durch die Behandlung anfälliger bin.

And again we have a week behind us. The emotional life goes up and down. The only thing that still cheers me up is the sun. It's just good to feel it, even if it's only for a few moments. Because unfortunately the virus still has us well in hand. So well in hand that I am now also sewing face masks.
Otherwise it was a quiet week, I was home for three days. From next week on it will be more likely to be a little more restless at work. Otherwise we are going on our holidays, I think the flat will be sparkling after my holidays. 
I postponed my dental treatment until May, I was a little bit afraid that the treatment would make me more vulnerable.

Samstagsplausch 12/20 /Saturday Chat

Wir haben Samstag und treffen uns auch in dieser außergewöhnlichen Zeit bei Andrea zum Samstagsplausch. Liebe Andrea vielen Dank für diese tolle Möglichkeit sich hier auszutauschen.
Letzte Woche habe ich mich nicht in der Lage befunden mit Euch zu plauschen. Wir waren ein paar Tage in Hamburg die leider anders liefen als geplant, aber trotzdem waren sie schön. Aber viele unvernünftige Menschen machen mir Angst.
Wie war meine Woche, durch die bestehende Situation durfte ich drei Tage zu Hause arbeiten, welches ich als sehr angenehm empfand. Es ist leider auch nichts los. Es wurden noch einige Veranstaltungen für April abgesagt, ich hoffe dieser Albtraum ist bald zu Ende.
Da wir fast nur zu Hause waren, habe ich viel durch das Internet gesurft, und habe mir einige Projekte vorgenommen. Meine Bestellungen sind gestern angekommen. Ich kann das ganze Wochenende mit nähen verbringen.
Wenn wir etwas einkaufen wollten, sind wir per Fuß gelaufen, das tat bei diesen Wetter manchmal sehr gut. Es ist erstaunlich was ein wenig Sonnenschein ausmachen kann.
Ich hoffe es geht Euch allen gut und wünsche Euch trotz allen ein schönes Wochenende. Versucht so viel Freude zu bekommen wie möglich.

Der alte Elbtunnel

 It's Saturday and we meet at Andrea's place for Saturday fun even during this extraordinary time. Dear Andrea, thank you very much for this great opportunity to exchange ideas here.
Last week I was not able to chat with you. We spent a few days in Hamburg which unfortunately didn't go as planned, but they were nice anyway. But many unreasonable people frighten me.
How was my week, because of the existing situation I was allowed to work three days at home, which I found very pleasant. Unfortunately there is also nothing going on. Some events have been cancelled for April, I hope this nightmare will be over soon.
Since we were almost only at home, I surfed a lot through the internet, and had some projects planned. My orders arrived yesterday. I can spend the whole weekend sewing.
If we wanted to do some shopping, we walked by foot, which sometimes did very good in this weather. It is amazing what a little bit of sunshine can do.
I hope you are all well and wish you all a nice weekend in spite of everything. Try to get as much joy as possible.

Japanische Kinchaku Beutel / Japanese Kinchaku Loot

Heute zeige ich Euch mal ein tolles Diy. Kleine japanische Beuteltaschen die man wenden kann. Ein super gutes Video samt Anleitung und Schnittmuster gibt es von DIY Eule. Siehe hier. Es ist ganz leicht zu nähen und macht, finde ich,  sehr viel her, als kleines Mitbringsel oder Verpackung eines Geschenkes. Viel Spaß macht es auch noch, oder soll ich vielleicht eher sagen, es macht süchtig. Inzwischen habe ich bereits drei solcher Taschen genäht, zwei sind verschenkt, eine wird bei mir bleiben. Nun benötige ich dringend neuen Stoff, um weiter zu machen.

Today I'll show you a great Diy. Little Japanese pouches that you can turn around. A super good video including instructions and pattern is available from DIY Owl. See here. It is very easy to sew and makes, I think, a lot of fun as a small present or wrapping a gift. It is also a lot of fun, or should I say, it is addictive. In the meantime I have already sewn three such bags, two are given away, one will stay with me. Now I urgently need new fabric to continue.

Samstagsplausch 10/20 / Saturday Chat

Die Blumen habe ich von meinen Mann bekommen und das Gestricksel soll ein weitere Spüllappen werden

Es ist Samstag und es wird geplauscht bei Andrea`s Samstagsplausch.
Leider ist der Virus immer noch in aller Munde und er rückt näher. Es ist wirklich ein Schauspiel im Augenblick einkaufen zu gehen. Wir haben mit einer Verkäuferin gesprochen, die uns mitteilte dass jeden Tag neues Toilettenpapier geliefert wird. Und jeden Tag ist es wieder ausverkauft.
Einige Messen worden leider abgesagt, ich hoffe die Creativa in Dortmund wird statt finden.
Meine Woche war für mich ein auf und ab der Gefühle.
Samstag und Sonntag habe ich an der Sporttasche für meinen Mann genäht. Bilder werde ich versuchen, an diesem Wochenende,  zu machen. Am Sonntag waren wir bei uns im Stadtpark und haben die Rehe gefüttert, bis es einen Regenschauer gab. Danach war die Sonne wieder draußen. Es ist als ob es bereits April ist. 
Montag und Dienstag gab es viele Besprechungen aufgrund der momentaren Situation. Einige Teilnehmer haben Veranstaltungen storniert. Es war immer viel zutun.
Es wird auch noch weitere Veränderungen in unserem Team geben.
Donnerstag waren wir nach der Arbeit noch auf den Friedhof, so langsam zeigt sich auch dort das der Frühling kommen möchte. Freitag konnte ich von zu Hause arbeiten, und es war allerhand los. Nachmittags waren wir noch essen. 
Heute wird Jan zum Fußball gucken vorbei kommen, danach wollen wir noch Shuffel Board spielen gehen. Morgen soll es ja schön werden mit Sonnenschein, da werden wir vielleicht mal einen ausgiebigen Spaziergang machen. Dieser Regen geht einen langsam auf das Gemüt. Wie wollt Ihr das Wochenende verbringen?

Leere Regale statt Toilettenpapier oder Taschentücher

It's Saturday and there's a chat at Andrea's Saturday fun.
Unfortunately the virus is still on everyone's lips and it is getting closer. It is really a spectacle to go shopping at the moment. We spoke to a saleswoman who told us that new toilet paper is delivered every day. And every day it is sold out again.
Unfortunately some fairs have been cancelled, I hope the Creativa in Dortmund will take place.
My week has been an up and down of feelings for me.
Saturday and Sunday I sewed the sports bag for my husband. Pictures I will try to make this weekend. On Sunday we were at our place in the city park and fed the deer until there was a rain shower. Afterwards the sun was out again. It is as if it is already April.
Monday and Tuesday there were many meetings because of the current situation. Some participants cancelled meetings. There was always a lot to do.
There will also be further changes in our team.
Thursday we went to the cemetery after work, slowly it is becoming clear that spring is coming. Friday I was able to work from home and there was a lot going on. In the afternoon we had lunch.
Today Jan is going to come over to watch soccer, after that we want to go and play shuffle board. Tomorrow it should be nice with sunshine, maybe we will go for a long walk. This rain slowly gets on your mind. How do you want to spend the weekend?

Samstagsplausch 9/20 / Saturday Chat

Wir haben Samstag und heute wird wieder bei Andrea geplauscht, auch wenn mir die Nachrichten in der Welt viel Angst machen. Egal ob es der Virus ist oder die Politik. Man weiß schon garnicht, wie man sich verhalten soll. 
Meine Woche war recht entspannt. Am letzten Wochenende haben wir tatsächlich nichts gemacht, bis auf das wir am Sonntag beim Sport waren. Ok ich habe mit der neuen Sporttasche für meinen Mann begonnen, und etwas Bügelwäsche ist auch noch erledigt worden.
Montag war ich beim Zahnarzt, Dienstag hatten wir einen Termin und Mittwoch war ich auf einer Dienstreise in Hannover. Morgens hin und Nachmittags zurück. Donnerstag und Freitag waren normale Arbeitstage, Freitag hatte ich noch Stricktrefffen bei meiner Freundin. Das war schön, man konnte mal den Alltag und die ganzen Meldungen in den Medien kurz vergessen. 
Für das Wochenende haben wir keine Planung. Gleich werden wir auf den Markt gehen und noch etwas Lebensmittel einkaufen und dann einfach nur das Wochenende genießen. Vielleicht mal die Küche richtig putzen.

 It's Saturday and today we are chatting again with Andrea, even though the news in the world frighten me a lot. Whether it's the virus or politics. You don't know how to behave.
My week was quite relaxed. Last weekend we really didn't do anything, except that we went to sports on Sunday. Ok I started with the new gym bag for my husband, and some ironing was also done
Monday I went to the dentist, Tuesday we had an appointment and Wednesday I was on a business trip in Hannover. There in the morning and back in the afternoon. Thursday and Friday were normal working days, Friday I had knitting meetings at my girlfriend's place. That was nice, you could forget the daily routine and all the news in the media.
For the weekend we have no planning. In a moment we will go to the market and buy some food and then just enjoy the weekend. Maybe we will clean the kitchen properly.

Samstagsplausch 8/20 / Saturday Chat

Es wird wieder geplauscht bei Andrea. Ich hatte eine angenehme Woche. Samstag haben wir uns einfach nur ausgeruht. Am Sonntag waren wir kurz auf der Weinmesse auf dem Messegelände, es hat uns aber irgendwie nicht gefallen und sind daher frühzeitig nach Hause gegangen. Montag und Dienstag waren normale Arbeitstage. Dienstag Abend waren wir beim RBB 88,8 bei Knapp daneben von Heiner Knappig, da waren Ixi, Markus und Peter Hubert von UKW zu Gast beim Thema die neue Deutsche Welle. Es war eine sehr schöne und interessante Veranstaltung. Mittwoch und Donnerstag konnte ich von zu Hause aus arbeiten. Leider hat unser Sport für diese Woche nicht so stattfinden können. Aber gestern Abend haben wir noch etwas gesportelt.
Unser kleiner Pfirsichbäumchen auf dem Balkon bekommt gerade neue Blätter. Genauso sieht es in der ganzen Natur aus. Die Vögel beginnen auch schon morgens zu zwitschern. 
Das Wochenende ist bisher nicht verplant, nachher kommt noch der Sohn von meinen Mann vorbei um Fußball zu sehen und ich werde mich dann an meine Nähmaschine setzen.

Haus des Rundfunks

 There will be chatting again with Andrea. I had a good week. Saturday we just rested. On Sunday we went briefly to the wine fair at the fairground, but somehow we didn't like it and so we went home early. Monday and Tuesday were normal working days. Tuesday evening we were at the RBB 88,8 at Knapp next to Heiner Knappig's, there Ixi, Markus and Peter Hubert from UKW were guests at the theme the new Deutsche Welle. It was a very nice and interesting event. Wednesday and Thursday I was able to work from home. Unfortunately our sport for this week could not take place like that. But yesterday evening we did some sports.
Our little peach tree on the balcony is just getting new leaves. It looks the same in the whole nature. The birds start chirping in the morning.
The weekend is not planned yet, afterwards the son of my husband will come over to watch football and I will sit down at my sewing machine.
